The service is intended for businesses only (Art. 1 of the Terms and Conditions); alternative resolution of consumer disputes therefore does not apply to it. The parties will try to settle disputes amicably at podpora@terminuj.com; otherwise they will be decided by the competent court of the Slovak Republic.

State the page address, the exact identification of the content, the reason why you consider it illegal, your name and e-mail (except for notices under Art. 16(2)(c) DSA) and a statement that you are submitting the notice in good faith. The moderation rules are set out in Art. 7a of the Terms and Conditions.
